Key responsibilities & impact

Provides advanced professional input to complex Operations Management assignments/projects
Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals
Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of techniques and procedures
Develops models and procedures, and monitor trends within Business Operations
Manages issue tickets within the Client Service Delivery organization
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure issue resolution
Proactively monitors and escalates team tickets
Facilitates meetings with key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy, PBM or healthcare industry required
Detailed knowledge of Express Scripts products, services, systems, and operations preferred
Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak implementation periods
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight turnaround times
Basic organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
