Operations Lead Analyst, Issue Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides advanced professional input to complex Operations Management assignments/projects
- Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals
- Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of techniques and procedures
- Develops models and procedures, and monitor trends within Business Operations
- Manages issue tickets within the Client Service Delivery organization
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure issue resolution
- Proactively monitors and escalates team tickets
- Facilitates meetings with key stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy, PBM or healthcare industry required
- Detailed knowledge of Express Scripts products, services, systems, and operations preferred
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak implementation periods
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight turnaround times
- Basic organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
