About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the PACE team and support daily management operations of the sleep therapy queue
- Review work in progress to ensure timely completion and alignment with team priorities
- Monitor team workload and ensure adequate queue coverage to maintain service levels
- Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day support to team members
- Manage escalations by identifying issues, coordinating resolution, and communicating updates
- Assist with data analysis to identify workflow trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current RN license in good standing in state of primary residence
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in case management or care coordination or prior authorization
- Minimum one year PACE processes and sleep medications experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational or healthcare data and apply insights to improve performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage escalated issues in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner
