About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the PACE team and support daily management operations of the sleep therapy queue
Review work in progress to ensure timely completion and alignment with team priorities
Monitor team workload and ensure adequate queue coverage to maintain service levels
Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day support to team members
Manage escalations by identifying issues, coordinating resolution, and communicating updates
Assist with data analysis to identify workflow trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current RN license in good standing in state of primary residence
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in case management or care coordination or prior authorization
Minimum one year PACE processes and sleep medications experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational or healthcare data and apply insights to improve performance
Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage escalated issues in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner
