Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and goals for enterprise financial reporting tools
Translate complex business needs into product backlogs and user stories
Liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
Lead backlog grooming, story refinement, and feature prioritization processes
Create and communicate feature area specifications
Write Definition of Ready user stories
Resolve upstream dependencies and conflicts
Conduct data investigations to validate reporting accuracy
Advocate for process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field and 5 years of experience
Experience with leading and delivering business-critical software projects for credit processing systems and software applications in the financial industry
Conducting in-depth user research and testing activities
Interfacing between the business and cross-functional teams
Working with complex algorithms and large datasets
Tracking project schedules and product KPIs
Coordinating software design, development, implementation, and delivery schedules
Preparing design and solution documentation
Creating design architecture for Applications
Providing application support and maintaining existing software performance
Using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft SQL, PowerBI, JIRA, Lucidchart, and API development
