Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing, reserving, and forecasting
Support the development of new products, pricing strategies, and profitability
Perform scenario testing and analysis of risk and opportunities
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders
Monitor experience studies and adjust assumptions based on emerging trends
Collaborate with finance, underwriting, and product teams to support business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related field (with minimum GPA of 3.2)
5 years of experience in any progressively responsible actuarial role in the healthcare domain
Experience with working with big data and querying data using SQL code
Analyzing data using R
Advanced Excel experience
Must be a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
