About the role
- Develop web applications and web services using Salesforce and other relevant platforms
- Integrate third-party products with existing infrastructure
- Deliver scalable, robust, and simple software solutions to solve complex business problems
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to deliver maximum performance
- Resolve high priority defects
- Participate in design, development, testing and deployment activities
- Create and maintain documentation
- Develop an understanding of business process
- Support and work closely with the SalesForce Administrator
- Follow hybrid work schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering or related field and 5 years of IT experience (or Master’s degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field and 3 years of IT experience)
- Experience with code analysis and development of legacy Salesforce systems
- Providing solutions to code fixes and data related issues
- Performing enhancements using Salesforce Apex
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Lightning AURA Components
- Experience with Visualforce Pages
- Proficiency with SOQL
- Performing code enhancement, bug fixing, and code migration
- Implementation planning and performing production deployments using Copado
- Performing code migration to test environments using Copado
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies such as Agile and End to End Agile
- Experience with REST API
- Experience with GridBuddy
- Experience with Visual Studio Code and SFDX
- Experience with Dataloader.io
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with Gitlab
- Certifications required: Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Home internet requirement: cable broadband or fiber, at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
