About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the Social Media Center of Excellence
- Creating compelling social media content
- Managing and engaging on social platforms
- Conducting social advertising campaigns
- Monitoring feeds and social media analytics reports
- Helping to create research and content assets and supporting materials to execute social media campaigns
- Monitoring day-to-day content on social media platforms
- Performing social media metrics analysis and reporting
- Developing paid social advertising plans and social strategies with advertising execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Previous experience in social media and basic social content design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business aptitude and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through students organizations, academic products, or community involvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and acquire new skills.
