Sales Development Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build a robust pipeline of SME sales opportunities through outbound prospecting using phone, email, video, social media, and collaboration with GHB sales teams
- Source and qualify new business opportunities among Canada-based multinational employers with globally mobile, expatriate, or international employee populations
- Partner closely with key Canadian and international broker partners to manage, nurture, and advance SME opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop SME growth strategies for priority broker partners and geographic markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or outbound prospecting
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-based sales approaches
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Copilot)
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
