Lead demand planning and forecasting to align needs with supplier capacity and inventory plans
Track performance metrics and provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leaders
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans, including backup supplier strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field
Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing supplier relationships in complex environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to present effectively to senior leaders and external partners
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
