Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary operational SME for cross-functional partners, responding to escalations, client-specific requests
Partner with Procurement, Pharmacy Operations and IT to troubleshoot system issues and support enhancement process improvements
Produce and support recurring and ad hoc analytical reporting
Produce quarterly statistics
Develop, maintain and enforce SOP governance
Manage shortages/damages/overages with pharmacy operations when identified
Collaborating with Account Management, Accounting and Accounts Payable teams in determining payments and reconciling invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience supporting product, operations, analytics or program management functions
Strong Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) proficiency with experience working with large complex datasets
Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools to support NDC-level or claim level analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of change with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Ability to independently prioritize work, manage deadlines, and execute with minimal direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proven ability to operate as a trusted subject matter expert and escalation point
