About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication to support business development initiatives and ensure alignment across teams
  • Track, document, and manage operational issues related to pharmaceutical manufacturers, including contracting, compliance, logistics, and product setup
  • Execute workflows that support issue resolution, contract administration, product access, and documentation needs
  • Partner with stakeholders across contracting, compliance, operations, finance, pricing, and customer service to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Support onboarding, launch, and maintenance of products and partnerships by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication
  • Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and reporting related to manufacturer issues and implementation status
  • Escalate complex or high‑risk issues with clear documentation and recommended next steps
  • Support leadership with reporting, quarterly business review preparation, and market research
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and driving operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, business operations, or a healthcare-related role
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing workflows, coordinating projects, or resolving operational issues
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare services (preferred)
  • Exposure to contracting, compliance, or pricing processes (preferred)
