Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing and leading the operations for core distribution and 3PL facilities
Oversees talent strategy of the operations function
Assures regulatory compliance with various Federal and State regulatory agencies
Ensure quality and service standards are maintained
Develop and build leadership talent and capability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Proven leadership skills
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office suite, Internet and Outlook
