About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end execution of agentic AI solutions
Rapidly stand up prototypes and proofs of value
Translate business and operational needs into clear epics, user stories, and success metrics
Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, data, and R&D teams
Apply working knowledge of agentic AI concepts
Collaborate with frontline users and operations leaders
Track performance metrics to ensure solutions deliver expected operational value
Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within healthcare, PBM, or operations-focused environments
Experience delivering complex automation, AI, or analytics solutions from concept through production
Strong understanding of Agile delivery models
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
