About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across core platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
Translate business strategy, client insights, and market trends into clear, actionable product plans and investment recommendations
Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization
Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs that guide teams toward impact, not just output
Build and manage effective product governance practices that support transparent decision‑making, prioritization, and trade‑offs
Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams to ensure high‑quality execution and alignment
Serve as a trusted product leader to stakeholders, aligning diverse teams around shared goals and customer needs
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to operate as empowered, outcome‑focused owners
Foster a culture of continuous discovery, encouraging rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation before development
Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus
8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross‑functional product teams
Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments
Strong technical fluency, including experience working within cloud‑based platforms and modern digital ecosystems
Hands‑on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma to support disciplined delivery and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to use data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product decisions
Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
