About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across core platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
  • Translate business strategy, client insights, and market trends into clear, actionable product plans and investment recommendations
  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization
  • Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs that guide teams toward impact, not just output
  • Build and manage effective product governance practices that support transparent decision‑making, prioritization, and trade‑offs
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams to ensure high‑quality execution and alignment
  • Serve as a trusted product leader to stakeholders, aligning diverse teams around shared goals and customer needs
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to operate as empowered, outcome‑focused owners
  • Foster a culture of continuous discovery, encouraging rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation before development
  • Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus
  • 8–10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of cross‑functional product teams
  • Proven success leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments
  • Strong technical fluency, including experience working within cloud‑based platforms and modern digital ecosystems
  • Hands‑on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma to support disciplined delivery and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
