Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure organizational adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Develop and implement compliance programs
Monitor business activities and conduct audits
Provide guidance to mitigate risk
Create, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures
Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps
Perform risk evaluations and recommend corrective actions
Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred
2+ years of people leadership experience
4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs, preferably in pharmaceuticals
Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including trade compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
