About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and create client invoices in accordance with contractual payment terms; track corresponding accruals and revenue recognition
  • Lead month‑end revenue and expense reconciliation in partnership with Finance, utilizing standard financial reporting outputs
  • Develop and maintain the annual revenue and expense budget; lead quarterly forecasting cycles and updates
  • Conduct simple to moderate financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and decision‑making
  • Using independent judgment and discretion, identify trends, variances, and key financial risks or opportunities related to revenue generation and provide recommendations for course correction
  • Prepare financial reporting packages and recommend improvements to financial visibility and business reporting practices
  • Leverage deep financial knowledge and professional expertise to advise functional and business leaders
  • Support additional initiatives and ad hoc analyses as needed to enable business objectives
  • Perform other tasks as needed in support of the business
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and identifying efficiency opportunities across finance and operations workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, business finance, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing revenue and expense budgets, including P&L ownership
  • Working knowledge of financial booking processes, including accruals and reversals
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Familiarity with multiple financial or operational systems preferred (e.g., Ariba, Oracle, Polaris)
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization, including Finance, Accounting, Sales, Account Management, and Operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong PC skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
