  • Seek a dedicated and visionary leader for the role of CIO, Corporate Functions.
  • Responsible for advancing growth, innovation, and organizational value.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, PBS, and Pharmacy.
  • Lead a globally-distributed team of over 1,200 technologists.
  • Promote the implementation and integration of AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Executive accountability for enterprise rebates processing.
  • Collaborate across business and technology teams for alignment on architecture, data, and digital capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 15 + years of experience in technology leadership, including substantial healthcare experience.
  • Background in various information technology disciplines.
  • Experience in strategic and transformational leadership, with a focus on team alignment and execution.
  • Proven P/L leadership and the ability to prioritize investment decisions for future strategies while managing near-term costs.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of the healthcare landscape to achieve strategic goals, including capability development and recommendations for partnerships or M&A.
  • Skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences, influencing stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Willingness and capacity to learn new and emerging business models and technologies.
  • Proficient in vendor management.
  • Experience in recruiting, motivating, and developing globally integrated technology teams, balancing capabilities to support scale, speed, and resilience.
  • Strong relationship management skills, fostering productive partnerships with technology and business leaders as well as external partners.
  • Capable of adapting to changing business environments and managing ambiguity.
