About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage operational and administrative tasks for portfolio execution, governance, and reporting.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in intake, tracking, and communications, ensuring compliance with BPO standards.
- Support portfolio intake and tracking, ensuring submissions meet BPO standards.
- Prepare and maintain portfolio reports and dashboards. Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting tools.
- Provide daily operational support and meeting coordination.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience with intake, tracking, and governance in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in collaboration/reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
