About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, user-centered designs, workflows, and end-to-end experiences
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders to define and evolve future-state user experiences aligned to platform strategy
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications to guide development teams
- Conduct and incorporate user research, journey mapping, and usability feedback to inform design decisions
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and alignment with enterprise UX and design standards across applications
- Collaborate throughout the development life cycle to ensure design intent and fidelity during implementation
- Validate designs early through stakeholder and user feedback to reduce rework and development churn
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or user experience strategy for enterprise or platform-based applications
- Proven ability to translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, scalable designs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and enterprise design systems
- Proficiency with industry-standard UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technology stakeholders.
