Key responsibilities & impact

Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet business goals
Work closely with business leaders and technology teams to agree on product direction
Lead product work using Agile methods, including backlog planning and prioritization
Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch and ongoing improvements
Support planning events and help deliver features in small, regular releases
Provide clear updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps
Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product owners
Use data and insights, including AI tools, to improve product outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in pharmacy product management
At least 2 years of experience leading or managing product teams
Experience working in Agile environments and delivering successful products
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Agile tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or Jira is preferred
