Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic counsel and consultative advisory support to senior clinical leadership
Lead and participate in highly complex clinical financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Translate clinical strategy and enterprise priorities into actionable financial insights
Develop and manage enterprise-level clinical financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range planning models
Analyze drivers of financial and clinical performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Develop executive-ready analyses, scorecards, and presentations
Continuously improve modeling methodologies and analytical frameworks
Support evaluation of clinical investments, care models, and vendor partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, MD, or equivalent experience)
6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis, strategy, or advisory roles
Demonstrated experience supporting senior clinical or medical leadership preferred
Strong experience with complex financial and clinical modeling across multiple businesses
Healthcare or health services enterprise experience required
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
