About the role
- Provide strategic counsel and consultative advisory support to senior clinical leadership
- Lead and participate in highly complex clinical financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Translate clinical strategy and enterprise priorities into actionable financial insights
- Develop and manage enterprise-level clinical financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range planning models
- Analyze drivers of financial and clinical performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Develop executive-ready analyses, scorecards, and presentations
- Continuously improve modeling methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Support evaluation of clinical investments, care models, and vendor partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, MD, or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis, strategy, or advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior clinical or medical leadership preferred
- Strong experience with complex financial and clinical modeling across multiple businesses
- Healthcare or health services enterprise experience required
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
