About the role

  • Own and execute a defined sales strategy to achieve new business revenue and growth targets for Workplace Care solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue complex employer, broker, and consultant‑led sales opportunities
  • Develop account and territory plans that align to Workplace Care market priorities and growth objectives
  • Drive end‑to‑end sales execution, from prospecting through finalist presentations and deal close

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong executive‑level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined sales process execution
