About the role
- Own and execute a defined sales strategy to achieve new business revenue and growth targets for Workplace Care solutions
- Identify, qualify, and pursue complex employer, broker, and consultant‑led sales opportunities
- Develop account and territory plans that align to Workplace Care market priorities and growth objectives
- Drive end‑to‑end sales execution, from prospecting through finalist presentations and deal close
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Workplace Care offerings
- Consult with prospective clients to understand workforce needs
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with decision makers and influencers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in consultative, complex B2B sales (healthcare, benefits, or services preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving net‑new business and closing complex sales opportunities
- Strong executive‑level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
- Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined sales process execution
