- Translating business goals into clear product strategies that deliver measurable value
- Leading end-to-end execution of new products and product enhancements within Intelligence Solutions Research Services
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum
- Owning project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, while adapting plans as priorities evolve
- Anticipating risks and challenges early, communicating them clearly, and leading thoughtful mitigation strategies
- Making informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact
- Managing multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus and delivery excellence
- Communicating progress, insights, and recommendations with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to frontline teams
- Partnering with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in support of long-term growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing product backlogs and working in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools
- Experience supporting Real World Evidence (RWE), patient-reported outcomes, or digital transformation initiatives
