Provider Relations Analyst
The Cigna GroupProvider Relations Analyst supporting the Provider Service Unit by managing inquiries and resolving service issues. Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver solutions and improvements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and resolve internal service inquiries within required timeframes
- Investigate and resolve provider service and quality complaints
- Research complex or escalated issues and partner with internal and external teams for resolution
- Identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend solutions to prevent repeat issues
- Support provider education and service improvement efforts
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and subject matter resource for PSU when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years’ Cigna Customer Service experience with OneView highly preferred
- Experience with claims, billing, or coding required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems and partners
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- HMO experience preferred
