💰 $24 - $36 per hour

About the role

  • Manage and resolve internal service inquiries within required timeframes
  • Investigate and resolve provider service and quality complaints
  • Research complex or escalated issues and partner with internal and external teams for resolution
  • Identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend solutions to prevent repeat issues
  • Support provider education and service improvement efforts
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and subject matter resource for PSU when needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years’ Cigna Customer Service experience with OneView highly preferred
  • Experience with claims, billing, or coding required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and partners
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • HMO experience preferred
