About the role
- Manage and resolve internal service inquiries within required timeframes
- Investigate and resolve provider service and quality complaints
- Research complex or escalated issues and partner with internal and external teams for resolution
- Identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend solutions to prevent repeat issues
- Support provider education and service improvement efforts
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and subject matter resource for PSU when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years’ Cigna Customer Service experience with OneView highly preferred
- Experience with claims, billing, or coding required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across multiple systems and partners
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- HMO experience preferred
