Uncover and explain relationships between key cost and clinical drivers
Partner closely with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders
Apply advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI techniques to evaluate member-level data
Influence affordability outcomes by enhancing predictive capabilities
Monitor and evaluate external data sources to inform trend narratives
Leverage large, complex datasets by collaborating with data engineering, technology, and visualization teams
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of analytical innovators

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, actuarial science, predictive modeling, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
Strong expertise at the intersection of clinical data and predictive techniques
Hands-on experience using tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of key clinical data concepts, including CPTs, DRGs, service categories, and episodes of care
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex analyses to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading and influencing in a matrixed organization through collaboration rather than authority.
