About the role

  • Develop and execute the technical training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of trainers, instructional designers, and training specialists to deliver high-impact programs.
  • Oversee training needs assessments, curriculum design, and delivery for technical roles across departments.
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and product/technology launches.
  • Maintain alignment with industry best practices, adult learning principles, and training technology trends.
  • Own and manage training documentation, tools, and systems (e.g., LMS, knowledge bases).
  • Manage budget, vendor relationships, and external training resources when needed.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all training content and delivery channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in training or instructional design; 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing training teams.
  • Strong knowledge of training design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning management systems.
  • Experience with 'Articulate' and SAP strongly preferred.
