  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum
  • Own project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, and adapt plans as priorities evolve
  • Anticipate risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and lead thoughtful mitigation strategies
  • Make informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact
  • Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives at once while maintaining focus and delivery excellence
  • Communicate progress and insights with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leaders to frontline teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support long-term growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
  • Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex projects from concept through execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
