About the role

  • Drive product development initiatives that improve and expand Intelligence Solutions Research Services
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product and delivery strategies
  • Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and with purpose
  • Partner with product, sales, operations, and external teams to maintain alignment and shared ownership
  • Build and manage project plans that balance scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources
  • Identify risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and guide practical solutions
  • Make thoughtful recommendations when tradeoffs arise, keeping customer value and business goals in focus
  • Manage multiple high-impact initiatives at the same time while maintaining quality and momentum
  • Share progress, insights, and outcomes with stakeholders at all levels in a clear and confident way
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to support long-term growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
  • Experience working in healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-focused environments
  • Proven ability to lead projects from planning through delivery, managing complexity and change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
