Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product and delivery strategies
Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and with purpose
Partner with product, sales, operations, and external teams to maintain alignment and shared ownership
Build and manage project plans that balance scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources
Identify risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and guide practical solutions
Make thoughtful recommendations when tradeoffs arise, keeping customer value and business goals in focus
Manage multiple high-impact initiatives at the same time while maintaining quality and momentum
Share progress, insights, and outcomes with stakeholders at all levels in a clear and confident way
Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to support long-term growth

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
Experience working in healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-focused environments
Proven ability to lead projects from planning through delivery, managing complexity and change
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
