About the role
- Leadership of a team of analysts in providing accurate and timely specialty pharmacy financials
- Specialty discounts performance tracking- maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiatives relating to these items
- New drug performance tracking (generic, pipeline and biosimilars) – maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiative relating to these items
- Maintain models and support guidance for the product & FP&A teams
- Work across team to create monthly close & forecast stories
- Ensure all supply chain financials for Accredo pharmacy are accurately included in all forecasting efforts
- Manage Specialty Pharmacy assumptions for underwriting purposes
- Adhoc analyses in support of contracted rate, pharmacy & program changes
- Perform ad hoc analyses as required
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
- At least 5+ years of business experience in analysis, modeling, pricing &/or Actuarial sciences
- Previous experience within Specialty Pharmacy Business with understanding of PBM business model
- Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform complex mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving
- Analytical, highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Communication skills, oral and written
- Capability to prepare and present concepts and proposals to all levels of management
