About the role

  • Work with the Plan Automation team to review various inventory types
  • Support internal/external remediation projects and automation enhancement testing
  • Provide process-oriented support based on inquiries from analysts and leads
  • Assist in the development of frontline analysts through coaching, feedback, and reporting analytics
  • Collaborate with management on process improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with business partners regarding process enhancements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Proclaim Plan Automation experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Plan Specs, ePro, Leg tool, Proclaim Claim System required
  • Experience with Client Operations inventory management
  • Experience working with mid-level and senior management required
  • Proficient MS Office product knowledge required; advanced proficiency with MS Excel preferred
