About the role
- Support product strategy, readiness, and go-to-market execution for Pathwell Specialty and related medical specialty solutions
- Translate business needs into actionable plans, coordinating across a vast network of cross-functional partners
- Drive product enablement and strengthen operational readiness
- Identify requirements and ensure timely and compliant implementation of new product benefits
- Maintain organized tracking for PBAB responses, exceptions, project progress, risks, and operational dependencies
- Respond to RFP questions as needed and maintain product library content
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to overcome challenges and ensure alignment for successful product delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, GTM, or business development
- Experience or working knowledge of medical specialty drugs
- Working knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefits preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation ready documents
- Demonstrated decision making capability and ability to work independently
- Excellent meeting facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a results-oriented environment
- Strong PowerPoint and excel skills
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
