About the role
- Provide critical support to ensure the effective administration of compliance and training programs
- Monitor regulatory changes, maintain industry and program documentation, coordinate audits, and support training initiatives
- Uphold program integrity and promote clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from HRSA/OPA, Medicaid, manufacturers, and other key agencies
- Track and document ongoing rule and policy changes
- Collect, organize, and maintain internal resource libraries of industry updates
- Coordinate client audit support activities, including HRSA, manufacturer, payer, and mock audits
- Maintain audit documentation and track outcomes
- Assist in compiling compliance reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Support data entry and tracking for compliance metrics and training completion
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for staff and external stakeholders
- Maintain records of training attendance, certification status, and completion
- Assist in developing and preparing training materials, presentations, and related resources in collaboration with leadership
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from internal teams and covered entities related to regulatory, compliance, and training topics
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of 340B program experience and a foundational understanding of pharmacy operations required
- Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or compliance.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE) preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential
