About the role

  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for critical Technology initiatives, ensuring robust financial oversight and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that inform investment decisions, investment prioritization, and resource allocation, supporting strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee variance analysis, performance tracking, and financial reporting to drive transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs, enabling proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Drive cost optimization strategies across responsible spend areas, balancing innovation and operational stability while championing continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets are aligned with business objectives, fostering a culture of partnership and shared accountability for financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of financial experience, with specific data modeling, business case development, and financial analytics experience
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic Business Partner – develops partnerships to serve as a trusted business advisor.
  • Organizational Agility – ability to navigate formal and informal channels to connect the dots.
