About the role

  • Develop APIs and applications in the healthcare domain with respect to Patient, Memberships, Order, Dispense and Pharmacy operations for related systems
  • Analyze and create business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements
  • Participate in scrum meetings and coordinate with Business Analysts
  • Design, document, and demonstrate solutions
  • Mentor offshore resources and other vendors
  • Create solutions that are innovative cost effective, practical, and consistent with organizational objectives
  • Lead discussions with all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of IT experience developing APIs in the healthcare domain
  • Must have experience with: healthcare benefit identification, order management, pharmacy operations, and the dispensing industry
