💰 $27 - $41 per hour

About the role

  • Oversee billing for a high-volume client book of business.
  • Handle inquiries and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Key duties include cash application, invoicing, collections, and reporting of month-end results.
  • Manage end-to-end billing relationship for approximately 350 accounts.
  • Maintain multiple billing systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoicing.
  • Prepare reports, utilize Excel for reporting and analysis, perform journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Exercise independent decision-making and multi-task throughout the workday.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of assigned vendor capitated business.
  • Process month-end close and meet all required close deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years’ relevant billing and invoicing experience required.
  • General understanding of accounts receivable, general ledger accounting principles.
  • Collections experience preferred.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills.
  • Client services experience required.
  • Detail oriented, manage timely and accurate delivery of reports and other deadlines.
  • Proficient using MS Office software, specifically strong Excel skills required- experience with pivot tables strongly preferred, knowledge of Access preferred.
