About the role
- Lead strategic organization and operating model design projects that deliver measurable business impact.
- Diagnose and configure capabilities, structures, processes, and people practices to enable organizational strategy and effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business needs.
- Provide thought leadership and coaching on organization design best practices, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Track and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of organization design initiatives, using data-driven insights for ongoing improvement.
- Champion a systems approach to organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment across high-impact initiatives.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and influence senior leadership to drive successful transformation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in organization development, management consulting, or a relevant field.
- Proven success leading significant organizational design initiatives from diagnosis through execution.
- Deep expertise in organization design, systems thinking, and organizational development methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to tailor design outcomes to enable business success.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or related field.
- Graduate degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Multi-industry experience
- Experience leading large, multi-functional teams and projects.
- Familiarity with process redesign and design thinking.
