About the role
- Develop tailored retail network pricing strategies for renewing clients and new sales opportunities, including RFPs, Direct Renewals, and Market Checks.
- Deliver competitive offers by leveraging market intelligence and client-specific data.
- Provide underwriting support for all retail network ad hoc analyses with potential financial implications.
- Conduct quantitative and financial cost modeling for clients across diverse lines of business, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Health Care Exchange.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership, SAM, and other business partners to present ESI opportunities and drive financial results.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver optimized retail network solutions.
- Participate actively in department and company-wide projects, contributing expertise and innovative thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years plus of relevant financial or analytical experience.
- Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Managed Care, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven decision-making abilities, with a solid understanding of key financial indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
- High motivation and perseverance in the face of challenges.
- Strong business acumen, leadership qualities, innovative mindset, and customer-centric approach.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
