Acts as subject matter expert for production best practices, technical and operating standards
Partner in the Post Implementation and Warranty project phases
Participate in deferred defects discussions
Accountable for supporting the various escalation processes for multiple work efforts
Respond 7X24 to alerts & participate in P1/P2 calls
Identify root cause & participate in triage/restoration efforts
Participate in Application Problem Management including resolution, communication, reporting and ticket routing

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field
5 years of IT experience (or Master’s degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field and 3 years of IT experience)
Experience with DataStage
Experience with Informatica
Experience with Oracle
Experience with Unix
Experience with Production support
Experience with Maintaining application data accurately
Experience with Fixing production abends
Experience with Resolving data quality issues
Experience with Control-M
Experience with SAS
Experience with VSS
Experience with Monitoring and maintaining Production system
Experience with Data validation
Experience with Enterprise Batch Scheduling tool
Experience with Root cause analysis
