About the role
- Maintain accurate and timely provider and network data
- Participate in system testing and analysis
- Use analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement algorithms and processes for data analysis
- Manage and maintain provider and network information
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights
- Provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analysis or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with data analysis and programming skills, including expertise in MS Office applications, SQL, R, and/or Python
- Strong quantitative skills
- Demonstrated success in solving challenging problems
- Knowledge of the PBM business model preferred
- Highly analytical and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
