About the role
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Lead initiatives that drive digital transformation and process optimization across business units.
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on real-time data and best practices.
- Develop systems prototypes and solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business goals and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
- High proficiency with SQL and database management.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience generating process documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) (preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools (preferred).
- Working knowledge of programming theory and languages such as Python or C# (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and other relevant Microsoft applications (preferred).
