About the role
- Lead and coordinate accounting-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive business readiness by managing process impact assessments, communications, and stakeholder engagement for accounting teams.
- Integrate accounting processes, controls, and system reporting requirements into business initiatives to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and business partners, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain project artifacts such as plans and status reports to support governance and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and support adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with project coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
