About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales commissions
- Manage key workflows such as CBAF/CAF submissions, commission analysis, and issue resolution
- Serve as the primary contact for sales and broker commission inquiries
- Build strong relationships with sales and commission partners
- Monitor sales timelines and maintain compliance with internal and state insurance standards
- Act as a resource for managers and team members on special projects
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Cigna systems (Sircon, SFDC, CIT, CFE) (Preferred)
- Experience with DocuSign and reporting tools (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
