About the role

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales commissions
  • Manage key workflows such as CBAF/CAF submissions, commission analysis, and issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales and broker commission inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with sales and commission partners
  • Monitor sales timelines and maintain compliance with internal and state insurance standards
  • Act as a resource for managers and team members on special projects

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of Cigna systems (Sircon, SFDC, CIT, CFE) (Preferred)
  • Experience with DocuSign and reporting tools (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
