About the role

  • Monitor daily request execution, reporting, and issue triaging for one or more owned client(s).
  • Identify operational or productivity enhancements, barriers, and opportunities for configuration and workflows.
  • Provide project and administrative support to leadership teams or Operations Advisors.
  • Routine communication of risk and status of owned clients and processes to leadership teams.
  • Execute client’s requests and inquiries aligned to SLAs and contractual terms.
  • Monitor and triage client issues aligned to SLAs.
  • Communicate directly with client.
  • Adhere to organizational SOPs and compliance standards.
  • Assist with operation input related to new process development.
  • Provide training and mentoring for new team members, off-shore and contingent employee resources.
  • Comply with ESI document and retention requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience in PBM and benefit set-up knowledge.
  • Microsoft Office required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Experience with use of ERP systems.
  • Experience with data input and reconciliation.
