About the role
- Lead end-to-end product development, from research and discovery to launch and measurement
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems and identify high-leverage opportunities
- Engage hands-on with data and AI, supporting model development and data analysis to accelerate learning
- Champion intuitive, elegant design and ensure exceptional user experiences
- Validate ideas through rapid experimentation, user testing, and data-driven insights
- Leverage modern AI tools to amplify team productivity and velocity
- Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building data-driven products
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
