About the role
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations aligned with organizational standards
- Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all Tableau assets
- Establish and promote best practices for dashboard design, data storytelling, and user experience
- Collaborate with Analytics and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance
Requirements
- Proven experience in Tableau development and dashboard design
- 5+ years healthcare analytics experience
- Experience with client facing reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a lead or senior analyst role preferred
