About the role
- Leverage pharmacy and healthcare expertise to meet the Health Plan client’s strategic goals.
- Develop and present a comprehensive strategy aligning and supporting to the client’s strategic goals.
- Address critical business metrics such as member and client satisfaction, clinical support, and clinical solution program adoption.
- Manage a book of moderately complex clients and promote an optimal patient experience.
- Serve as client’s gold-standard clinical resource and provide comprehensive management of clinical strategies and initiatives.
- Act in concert with assigned Account Executive and Manager to service the health management consultative needs of the client.
- Lead clinical client Strategic Planning and Review Consultation (SPARC) meetings.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention/satisfaction/upsell targets are met.
Requirements
- Current U.S. Pharmacist License.
- Minimum of 3 years licensure experience preferred.
- 2 plus years of Client facing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
- Quick study, high energy, self-starter, approachable, and collaborative.
- Influential and impactful presentation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Flexibility, keen to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent presentation and client relationship skills needed in order to facilitate upsell of clinical programs and retain clients.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results.
- Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Must have the ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills.
- Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools for client management.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 15%.
