About the role
- Support Epic EHR implementations and drive cross-functional business initiatives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications; manage Epic work queues
- Analyze and validate patient data within Epic
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to recommend application configurations
- Communicate regularly with project managers and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare or technology implementations
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Epic systems
- Strong understanding of Epic workflows and integration points
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reporting tools
