About the role

  • Two-year Technology Development Program (TECDP) providing an immersive launchpad for early-career technologists
  • Software Engineering Track: design, develop, test, and maintain applications from mobile apps to enterprise platforms
  • Build scalable, cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to support better healthcare outcomes
  • Participate in structured learning: core and track-specific curriculum, technical training, leadership development, and business exposure
  • Engage with peers, mentors, and cross-functional partners through community-building activities, networking events, and mentorship
  • Contribute to recruiting, innovation, community promotion, and onboarding initiatives as part of program responsibilities

Requirements

  • Full-time candidates must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical program at the time of hire
  • Preferred degrees: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering (other technical degrees considered with strong coding experience)
  • Familiarity with programming languages/tools such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, prompt engineering
  • Coursework, technical projects, or internships demonstrating software design, application development, or systems engineering
  • Experience with agile methodologies, team-based development, or open-source contributions is a plus
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and interest in AI-enhanced development
  • Leadership or active involvement in clubs, organizations, or technical competitions (hackathons, codeathons)
  • Effective communication, collaboration, critical thinking, curiosity, growth mindset, and ethical technology use
  • Academic achievement: cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be available to work a 40-hour work week beginning July 13, 2026 (Monday–Friday)
