About the role
- Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Operations Management / Finance Operations matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Focuses on providing leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Leads the planning and implementation of large programs in the function, and regularly interfaces with senior management and executive leadership. Proactively informs and educates customers. Identifies programs and processes to improve service, metrics, and training and development and ensures programs are integrated with other departments to support broader goals. Identifies areas for improvement and initiates projects or programs to increase productivity, quality, and effectiveness. Develops and maintains relationships with customers, sales offices and brokers. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise senior management. May lead business processing, service levels and reporting. Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place. Is responsible for activities around key statements and document related to business operations / Finance Operations or key accounts. Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Account Installation assignments. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong working knowledge of the pharmacy benefits operations and management industry
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead/mentor a team
- 5 plus years experience in operations
- Pharmacy tech license preferred
