Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience and industry insight in the healthcare sector, bringing a strong understanding of its complexities, challenges, and evolving landscape, required
3+ years of experience driving high-quality client implementations and cultivating strategic partnerships through direct engagement with clients and brokers, consistently leveraging persuasive communication, business acumen, and polished interpersonal skills to influence outcomes and build trust, required
3+ years of experience using data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities, delivering strategic insights to diverse audiences, and managing a dynamic book of business, required
Proven ability to inspire high-performing teams and consistently elevate results year over year through strategic leadership coaching and a focus on continuous growth, preferred
Skilled in applying an enterprise-wide mindset to challenge conventional practices, influence change, and drive continuous improvement, preferred
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, required
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within or outside the organization, required
