Identify prospective employers (clients) for Cigna to provide well-being solutions for
Collaborate with client management on strengthening current Cigna relationships
Analyze financial data and recommend action plans for current relationships
Support local sales or network teams on various time-sensitive projects
Shadow sales/network teams for in-person or virtual meetings
Strategize with management on key geographies for focused attention
Complete projects, including a capstone project
Requirements
Rising juniors or seniors in a Baccalaureate Program
Preferred majors: Operations Management, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration/Management, Health Science, Public Health, or Finance
Prefer a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must demonstrate leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results through strong decision-making and cross-functional relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
